Jill has a Master Of Science Degree in Human Nutrition from The University of Bridgeport and is a Certified Nutrition Specialist. She melds together scientific curiosity with teachings from multiple modalities such as Metabolic Typing, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, Weston A. Price principles, Patricia Kane’s Membrane Stabilizing Diet, nutritional Ketogenic diet, and optimizing methylation, as well as her life experiences. Jill practices functional nutrition. This means that, rather than guessing, she utilizes multiple types of diagnostic testing in combination with clinical information to get to the root cause of problems. She also practices Evidence-Based Nutrition, which involves examining all relevant research applicable to each client.
