Anybody who has been around me for even just a little bit of time knows how much I love my JUICY!
I love it first of all because it is delicious.
But I also love it because it is super-duper PACKED WITH NUTRITION!

I’m including a proper recipe below but please note that it can change from day to day. I add all kinds of different veggies depending on what’s in season and what I have.
There are a few things I add to the JUICY daily and they are:
Fresh, organic, homemade veggie juice with celery, parsley or cilantro, arugula or some other leafy green, ginger, and fennel.
100% cacao powder
Organic matcha powder
Organic berries (usually strawberries and wild blueberries
Some other staples tend to include:
Juice: Bell pepper, carrots or beets, kale or collard greens, turmeric, broccoli, and in season I love rhubarb and asparagus
Smoothie: banana, fresh orange juice, cream of tartar, phosphatidylcholine, sunflower and flaxseed oil, collagen powder
4-5 celery stalks
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bulb fennel
small piece of ginger
4-5 cups arugula, kale, or collards
1 bell pepper
(I use an Omega masticating juicer)
Take the veggie juice and add it to a blender. If you have a handheld blender you can add it to a quart-sized jar.
By the way, with that veggie juice you get about 12-15 servings of veggies!!!!
Then add the following:
1 TBSP pure cacao powder
1-2 TSP organic matcha powder
1 scoop collagen powder
1/4 TSP sea salt
1/4 TSP cinnamon
1/4 TSP cream of tartar
Juice of 1 orange
1 TSP raw Hive Mix (honey with all the good stuff)
1 TSP Bulletproof MCT oil
1 TSP BodyBio Phosphatidylcholine
1/2 cup frozen organic strawberries
1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
(phew, that’s a lot of stuff!)
I add all of the above smoothie ingredients to the blender with the fresh veggie juice and I blend. Yumster!!
If you have a handheld blender just add all the stuff to a large (quart-sized) jar and blend with that.
