Although it is common for people to suffer from hormonal imbalances at many stages of life, it IS possible to greatly reduce or even remove those symptoms. Balancing hormones requires an extremely holistic approach to health. The gastrointestinal (GI) tract, the nervous system, and of course the endocrine system all need to be functioning well to have good hormonal balance. Extra fat tissue promotes an imbalance of hormones like estrogen and testosterone, so it can fuel this fire like crazy. We will address this as well but with an emphasis on building your health first.
This program is for people that are ready for a change and are willing to commit to working hard and being patient. I will support you throughout this process. Some of the strategies you will learn include how to build lifelong positive habits, support optimal GI health, manage stress, defeat cravings, conquer urges, develop a strong, self-loving mindset, and prepare food that is both nutritious and delicious.
