I work with a long list of dietary and lifestyle interventions. I believe that each person has their own set of practices that are right for them, and together we can figure out what works best for you. It is a process, and figuring out what YOUR body needs actually helps you to stay on track! 

To that end, I am not in favor of standard dietary regulations that everyone must follow. I prefer to hone in on some general guidelines and to tweak it from there. Some people need more protein and fat, while others need more carbs. The same goes for fitness and lifestyle practices; some people are better suited for more endurance-type fitness while others feel best with more heavy lifting, and some people will thrive on meditating, while others will thrive on walking slowly through the woods. My role is to help you figure out what is right for you and not to impose some arbitrary rules on you (that never works anyway). 

So, if you are looking for a truly personalized approach, where YOU are the main show (and I'm the backup), come see me.
